Spotless room.very comfortable. Kettle in room ,perfect for me. Great shower. Staff friendly and always asked if I needed anything.
Lovely, clean room with sufficient supplies. Easy to get to the room via lift or stairs. Lovely, polite and helpful staff. Easy access to shops/cafes/restaurants and car park. Very comfortable bed with minimum noise.
The room was clean, what I like the most is the location, it's really next to the epsom station, so I don't have to carry my luggage all the way down. But mind you the wifi is free for 30 minutes only.
Great stay at this hotel. I can't fault it The staff were very nice. A lovely young lady on Friday evening and a young chap called Stebin. Both very attentive. I needed an iron and ironing board. They gave me both for free with no issues The room was spotless and the shower was hot and powerful. The windows completely block the road noise and the trains next door The only 1 thing, was the bed was really creaky. But it was a huge bed and a lovely mattress. Very happy with the stay
Stayed in the Travelodge over the Christmas period. The location is excellent being virtually next door to the train station. Plenty of supermarkets and bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms were as expected, clean and well decorated. I had a slight issue with towels most days as house keeping would only supply us with 1 towel even though I booked a double room with 2 occupants. The supervisor downstairs (Stebin) was very helpful and rectified the towel issue. I also booked an extra night online and he made sure that it was linked to the original booking so that we didn't have to move rooms. A very decent chap, always smiling and willing to help, a credit to your Company, was a breath of fresh air to be honest. Will definitely be coming back.

Before I start can I just say how amazing MiMi is, she’s an absolute angel and such amazing customer service. My friend and I booked a room each and MiMi made sure that we were on the same floor and next to each other!! She’s so lovely!! So thank you so much MiMi for making my friends birthday night out that bit better!!!
Great service from Mimi! She was very welcoming and the room was kept very clean. My only complaints are regarding the amenities: we were told to drink water from the bathroom tap, which we didn't feel comfortable with, and the kettle had a bad odor whenever it was used. Because of this, we had to purchase our own water bottles.
